BRONZE AGE - VESSEL

Clay. Height 18.7, maximum diameter 18.8, manual modeling. Biconical(?) form, the flat bottom, is deformed with fire. On upper half of body on the damp clay ornamental composition is drawn - stepping in the circle, from right to left, through the equal spaces, 5 mountain goats with the long, bent back horns. Heads of animals are sharpened, backs are slightly bent, and feet (with exception of one case) have outlines of triangle. Space inside the outline of animal is filled with the impressed point, also made by fire; the same impressions depicted the beards (they are described by straight line) and tails, by arc bent downward. The beard of a goat is not shown. The tails of two goats (the snout of the animal that goes behind concealed them) are not visible.
